Mike Berners-Lee is an acclaimed expert in carbon footprint and he will unfold perspectives on how humanity can thrive in the 21st century and beyond. He will explore the systemic changes that are required and the role of individuals, businesses and state-run institutions in bringing these about.

Public awareness of sustainability and climate change issues are key concepts when it comes to addressing the overarching challenges of the 21st century. Through numerous speeches, radio- and television broadcasts and three acclaimed books Mike Berners-Lee has cast hope on these issues by presenting concrete guidance for individuals, businesses and politicians.

Especially his books How Bad Are Bananas (updated in 2021) and There Is No Planet B: A Handbook for the Make or Break Years (also updated 2021), he presents a course of action that is full of hope, practical, and enjoyable.

These guidelines presented in clear and even entertaining prose are rooted in how we live and think and Mike Berners-Lee are investigating which “thinking skills” are essential if we are to address climate change.

Mike Berners-Lee is the founder of Small World Consulting, an associate company of Lancaster University, which is a world leader in the field of supply chain carbon metrics and management. Mike Berners-Lee is presented in collaboration with Corolab.

Corolab is a non-profit organization with 85 members across industries and consists of companies, knowledge institutions and public organizations. Together, we go from idea to realization of sustainable solutions, for example in the innovation track COCONF, where some of Denmark's leading organizations request new ideas from students and companies, so that we can overcome current challenges in society.

Især hans bøger 'How Bad Are Bananas' (opdateret i 2021) og 'There Is No Planet B: A Handbook for the Make or Break Years' (også opdateret 2021), præsenterer han en handlingsplan, der er fuld af håb, praktisk og fornøjelig.
