The six-course menu will primarily be plant-based and will include mushrooms, seaweed, fish and meat, sourced from local, organic regenerative farmers, foragers, sustainable seaweed and fish suppliers.
The dinner will be served family-style at long tables in a beautiful, handcrafted yurt tent, inviting all guests for an inspiring, communal evening.
The food will be paired with natural wine, homemade fermented cocktails and non-alcoholic alternatives.
