Øens Have – a gastronomic experience

The six-course menu will primarily be plant-based and will include mushrooms, seaweed, fish and meat, sourced from local, organic regenerative farmers, foragers, sustainable seaweed and fish suppliers.

The dinner will be served family-style at long tables in a beautiful, handcrafted yurt tent, inviting all guests for an inspiring, communal evening.

The food will be paired with natural wine, homemade fermented cocktails and non-alcoholic alternatives.

Come and enjoy the community spirit and excitement of all the delicious food we can eat, while collaborating with nature, allowing our fellow living organisms to actually play their role in the atmosphere, soil and ocean.

Choose between two seatings from Thursday 18 November to Saturday 20 November: 17:30 & 20:30.

The event is made in collaboration with the yurt builders Lyse Nætter and Roskilde Festival Højskole.
