GRASP Festival is approaching and we look forward to welcoming you!

The Schedule Is Ready

Where are the opening speeches taking place, and when does that talk you’re most looking forward to begin? Our schedule gives you a complete overview of the programme for Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Here you’ll find the time and location of every event – easy to check on your phone.

Arrival

GRASP takes place in the Musicon district of Roskilde. Parking options at Musicon are limited, so we recommend taking the train to Roskilde Station and starting your day with a pleasant 15-minute walk to Musicon.

If you do need to come by car, you can find more information on the Roskilde Municipality website.

When you arrive at Musicon, please check in and collect your wristband at the reception at the Danish Rock Museum, Rabalderstræde 16, Musicon, 4000 Roskilde.

We recommend having your ticket ready as a digital QR code when you arrive to help reduce queues at the reception.

Check-in is open from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm on Thursday and Friday, and from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm on Saturday. Once you have received your wristband, you can move freely between the different venues. All stages are located indoors.

GRASP Kiosk

At the GRASP Kiosk, you can buy a small selection of hot and cold drinks, as well as a few sweet treats.

There is a water station at the festival site, so we encourage you to bring your own water bottle. You can also buy water at the kiosk.

Lunch

On Thursday and Friday, our partner Mad med Mening will be serving delicious vegetarian and vegan lunch. To avoid food waste, we try to adjust the amount of food to demand. If lunch sells out, you can also buy food from local vendors in the Musicon area.

here you can also buy a bread roll with cheese before the programme starts if you’re looking for something for breakfast.

Capacity and Accessibility

All stages operate on a first-come, first-served basis, so some stages and rooms may reach capacity. If this happens, we encourage you to explore the many other exciting events in the programme. See the full GRASP 2026 programme.

If you have specific accessibility requirements related to a disability, please contact info@graspfestival.dk.

Communal Dinner with Meyers

On Thursday, 1 October, we invite you to a communal dinner from 5:30–8:00 pm in collaboration with Meyers. The evening begins with chef and food entrepreneur Claus Meyer, who will share reflections on organic food, local food production and the relationship between urban and rural communities.

This will be followed by a specially curated menu designed for sharing around the long tables. During dinner, you can also experience Uldværk by Hedestrik, created together with participants at Roskilde Festival through felting and folk dancing.

The communal dinner is an opportunity to meet other festival participants over a shared meal and continue the day’s conversations in Hall 7.

Price: DKK 385, excluding drinks
Time: 5:30–8:00 pm
Location: Hall 7
