The Schedule is Ready
Where are the opening speeches happening, and when is the talk you are most excited about starting? You can find a complete overview of the program for Thursday and Friday in our schedule. Here, you will see the time and location of each event—perfect to have on your phone.
Arrival
GRASP takes place in the Musicon district of Roskilde. Parking options in Musicon are limited, so we recommend taking the train to Roskilde Station and starting your day with a beautiful 15-minute walk to Musicon.
If you do need to drive, you can find more information on Roskilde Municipality’s website.
When you arrive at Musicon, you need to check in and collect your wristband at the reception at RAGNAROCK, Museum for Pop, Rock, and Youth Culture, Rabalderstræde 16, Musicon 4000 Roskilde.
We recommend having your ticket ready, either in printed form or digitally as a QR code, to reduce waiting time at reception.
Check-in is open from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM both days, and it will be possible to purchase wristbands at the door, where card payments are accepted.
Once you have your wristband, you can move freely between the different venues. All stages are located indoors.
There will be a GRASP Kiosk, where you can pre-order your own vegetarian GRASP Local Lunchbox for 85 DKK.
The GRASP Local Lunchbox includes:
Pear or apple
Hearty salad bowl with:
Danish steamed potatoes, caramelized onions, grilled carrots and celeriac, spinach, roasted kale, and herb pesto
Sourdough roll
Danish butter
Additionally, a small selection of cold and hot drinks, as well as some sweets, will be available for purchase at the GRASP Kiosk both days.
Capacity
All venues are filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Therefore, some stages and rooms may be at full capacity. If this happens, we recommend exploring the many other exciting programme points available.

On Thursday, September 26, we will host a long-table dinner from 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM in collaboration with Meyers. The dinner, taking place in Hall 7, will blend art, culture, and sensory experiences.
Registration costs 295 DKK and must be completed by September 26.
