What does it really mean to care? And what happens when technology, artificial intelligence and robots become part of the places where care takes place?
CARE LAB is an interactive exhibition that invites you to explore the future of care through dialogue, creativity and speculation. Rather than offering clear-cut answers, the installation opens up questions about what care is, who provides it and how we can shape more caring futures together.
At the heart of the exhibition is a poster-printing workshop, where you can create your own care poster. Along the way, you are invited to reflect on the role of human connection, the possibilities and limits of technology, and how nursing combines care, craftsmanship, medical knowledge, leadership and coordination.
Through speculative installations, facilitated conversations and hands-on activities, CARE LAB creates a space where you can imagine new futures for healthcare – and consider how care can evolve without losing what makes it deeply human.

Visit CARE LAB throughout all three days of GRASP. You can join the poster-printing workshop during the breaks from 12:30–1:30 pm and 3:00–3:30 pm on Thursday and Friday, or at any time on Saturday between 11:00 am and 3:00 pm.
CARE LAB is developed as part of RECRUIT&RETAIN, an Interreg Deutschland–Danmark project in collaboration with Europa-Universität Flensburg, regional hospitals and nursing schools, Roskilde University, and students from the participating institutions.
