Saturday at GRASP kicks off with a concert by Bette. Afterwards, she joins Alice AI and CarlloYaBoy for a conversation about being among the new artists performing at Roskilde Festival – from the invitation and initial expectations to the concert itself and what comes next.
Together with music curator Selma Eistrup Madsen, they share experiences from both sides of the stage and offer insights into how Roskilde Festival discovers and presents new musical talent. What do you look for when giving new artists a place at the festival? And how do you create a programme that both reflects today's music scene and makes room for the voices that can help shape its future?
The conversation also opens up a broader discussion about the music industry's talent pipeline: What does it take to give emerging artists the opportunity to develop, be seen and find an audience – and what role can festivals play along the way?

Bette has established herself as one of the notable new voices on the Danish music scene with her elegant R&B. With the album EGO and performances at Roskilde Festival, Store VEGA and Smukfest, among others, she opens Saturday's programme at GRASP.
