What to eat and drink at GRASP?

20.09.2024Programme

Gastronomy, culture, and sustainability united in a unique festival experience

When GRASP kicks off on September 26-27, it will not only be a festival for knowledge exchange, art, and sustainable ideas – it will also be a gastronomic experience with carefully selected food and drink offerings that will both stimulate your taste buds and inspire reflection.

GRASP Kiosk

During the festival, you will find the GRASP Kiosk at Roskilde Festival Højskole, offering plenty of opportunities to refuel between the many inspiring events. The kiosk provides cold drinks, and GRASP to-go thermo cups, which you can fill with freshly brewed coffee from Mørk to keep your energy up all day. As a bonus, you can also purchase a GRASP tote bag to take home memories from the festival.

At the GRASP Kiosk, you can also pick up your GRASP Local Lunchbox from Klai's Kitchen.

The lunchbox includes:

  • Pear or apple

  • Hearty salad bowl with: Danish steamed potatoes, caramelized onions, grilled carrots and celeriac, spinach, roasted kale, and herb pesto

  • Sourdough roll

  • Danish butter

Sensory Dinner with Meyers

Thursday evening, we invite you to a unique dining experience in Hall 7, where taste and culture take center stage. The dinner is created in collaboration with Meyers and complements artist Banaan Al-Nasser’s work ‘In Memory of Home.’

You can look forward to a dinner that bridges cultures through taste, art, and reflection. The artwork sets the stage for a meal that invites participants to explore the connections between food and art - creating a moment where senses and emotions are given space to meet and unfold.

Learn more about the dinner and purchase your ticket here.

Few Spots Left

GRASP is not just a knowledge festival – it is a holistic experience that inspires new perspectives, challenges your thinking, and indulges your senses. With a focus on sustainable change, everything from the talks and art to the food and drinks is thoughtfully curated.

You still have time to sign up for GRASP - but hurry! Only a few spots remain.
