GRASP Practical Information

10.09.2025News

GRASP 25’ is approaching and we look forward to welcoming you!

The schedule is ready

Where are the opening talks taking place, and when does the session you’re most excited about begin? You can find a complete overview of the program for Thursday and Friday in our schedule. Here you’ll see the time and place for each individual event.

Arrival

GRASP takes place in the Musicon district in Roskilde. Parking options in Musicon are limited, so we recommend everyone to take the train to Roskilde station and start the day with a beautiful 15-minute walk to Musicon.

If you do need to come by car, you can read more on Roskilde Municipality’s website

When you arrive at Musicon, you’ll need to check in and collect your wristband at the reception at RAGNAROCK – Museum of Pop, Rock and Youth Culture, Rabalderstræde 16, Musicon, 4000 Roskilde.

We recommend having your ticket ready, either printed or as a digital QR code, to reduce waiting time at the reception.

Check-in is open from 8:30 – 17:00 both days, and wristbands can also be purchased at the door (card payment only).

Once you’ve received your wristband, you’re free to move between the different venues. All stages are indoors.

GRASP Kiosk

At the GRASP kiosk, you can buy a small selection of hot and cold drinks as well as sweet treats. The kiosk will remain open for an hour after the last program item, so you can hang out and enjoy a drink in good company.

There is a water station in the area, so we encourage you to bring your water bottle.
Water is also available for purchase at the kiosk.

Lunch

On both days, you can purchase a delicious vegetarian or vegan lunch prepared by our local supplier, Kleist.
To help prevent food waste, we encourage you to pre-order your lunch when you register for GRASP.

In the Musicon area, you can also buy lunch from local food vendors or enjoy a cheese roll from the local bakery, Gjems. If you’d like breakfast before the program begins, Gjems is open early in the morning and is located on the way to Ragnarock.
